Anne Isabelle is a balanced executive leader with over 25 years of leadership experience across the telecommunications, consulting, and non-profit sectors, as well as 10 years of service on boards of directors. Stepping in as interim replacement for Asha Dixit, she will bring her expertise to the first year of our new strategic plan’s implementation.
Recognized for her approach that combines action with attentive listening, Anne Isabelle fosters environments that encourage collaboration, innovation, and alignment of everyday actions to the strategic plan. Passionate about organizational growth in harmony with individual development, she guides her teams by providing the space they need to excel, while identifying new avenues for the organization’s future evolution.
Her strong interest in human development naturally led her to join our mission, convinced that every stage of early childhood — and the key role reading plays in nurturing imagination and self-esteem — is fundamental to the healthy development of children and, by extension, communities.
Anne Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (UQAM) and a Master’s degree in Management Sciences (HEC Montréal).
